Matthew Dillingham
Matthew leads the Executive Pastor and Advisory services we provide to our client churches.
He partners with pastors and leadership teams to bring clarity, structure, and alignment to the operational side of ministry, helping leaders make wise decisions around systems, staffing, finances, and long-term direction. From organizational design to strategic planning and board support, Matthew provides steady, experienced leadership where it’s most needed.
His role allows pastors to lead with confidence, knowing they have a trusted operational partner walking alongside them with insight, discretion, and care.

Meaghan Barton
Meaghan oversees the Virtual Administrative Assistant services we provide to our client churches.
She leads and executes the day-to-day administrative support that helps pastors and teams stay organized, managing details, workflows, and follow-through so nothing falls through the cracks. From inbox management to registrations, scheduling, and light bookkeeping coordination, Meaghan brings consistency and calm to the administrative side of ministry.
Her role allows church leaders to step out of the weeds, knowing their administrative tasks are being handled with care, clarity, and reliability.
